Malfunctions in the fuel system



PERFORMANCE ORDER

If the problems in the fuel supply system must be checked in the following order:
  1. Check whether there is fuel in the tank.
  2. Disconnect the fuel hose between the mechanical fuel pump and the carburetor on the carburetor and put it in a suitable container. Include a short time starter, with a hose pushes fuel should go.

Flammable!

  1. If the fuel is supplied, check the level in the sight glass of the carburetor. If the float chamber is empty, and check the float needle valve (performed in the studio), replace if necessary.
  2. If fuel is not supplied, check the fuel pump.
  3. If the fuel pump in order to check the fuel lines for leaks and damage.
  4. If the pipelines and connections in order to remove the fuel line to the fuel tank and blow it.
  5. Check cross-ventilation of the fuel tank, if necessary, cleaned.
