Check / removal and installation of automatic cold start
If a cold engine runs poorly or badly receives gas in the cold phase, check the automatic cold start. Check Test condition: The engine is cooled at least to room temperature. | - Unscrew the air filter, see chap. The power supply system, the carburettor, fuel injection system, Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
| - Ask the assistant to squeeze the gas pedal completely. Home -strelka- valve should close up a small gap.

- If the start valve is not closed, check the smooth running of the starting damper shaft. If the shaft has an easy start valve stroke and valve still does not open, check valve membrane home (done in the workshop).
- Start the engine and leave to idle.
- Check whether the body is heated automatic cold start. At the same time the starting valve in the intake pipe must be opened slowly.
- If the cabinet is not heated, automatic cold start should be replaced. If the body is heated and the valve is not closed or partially closed, check valve membrane home (done in the workshop).
- Install an air filter.

Withdrawal Setting | | - Install a new body gasket.
|
- Set home automation housing so that the tongue of the bimetallic spring entered the starting lever valve.
- Install the mounting plate and tighten the 3 screws by hand.
| - Align the center line of the scale on the housing of the carburettor with a label on the body home automation. Tighten the bolts.
|
- Connect plug home automation.
- Install an air filter.
