Removal and installation of injection valves

1. Disconnect earth cable from the battery.

This data is erased from the memory of malfunctions of the engine or a protective code of a radio receiver. Before disconnecting the battery should read instructions in Section Removal and installation of the battery.

2. Reduce fuel pressure.
3. Remove intake hose between the air filter and the throttle pipe.
4. Disconnect the drive gas to the throttle lever.

In order to better remove the case of the dismantling of the intake manifold -1- after disconnecting the vacuum lines to facilitate installation and marking tape.

6. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
7. Disconnect plugs -3- injection valves and lay the cable harness to the side.
8. Disconnect the supply and return fuel lines to the fuel line -2- loosening the pre-clamp.

Fuel in the conduit is pressurized. For protection against spray pipe cover with a cloth.

9. Unfasten fuel distribution line -4-.
10. Remove the distribution manifold with valves injection -4 -5.

Carefully remove the distribution manifold to the injection valves do not fall out and are not damaged.

11. Remove the fuel injection valves of the distribution manifold.
12. Remove the valve hole insulators.

Rings, gaskets and sealants injection valves should always be replaced.

1. Insert the injection valves with new seals of circular cross section in the upper part of the distribution manifold. The pre-cover seal small amount of oil.
2. Insert bushings into the openings of valves.

Install the fuel line from the distribution valves of fuel injection into the cylinder head.

4. Check that the injection valves is easy to turn. Otherwise, remove the valves again and check the position of the seals of circular cross section.
5. Rotate the injection valves so that the connectors are facing upwards.
6. Install the mounting bolts of the fuel distribution line and tightened to 25 Nm.
7. To put on the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose.
8. Connect the supply and return lines and secure the clamps.
9. Get cable harness to the fuel injection valves and plug connectors.
10. Set body intake manifold with a new gasket and tighten to 25 Nm of torque. Push the vacuum lines as marked.
11. Connect the drive to the gas throttle lever.
12. Attach a hose to the inlet tube throttle clamp and secure.
13. Connect the connector of the fuel pump and install the rear seat.
14. Connect the earth cable to the battery.
15. If available, set the clock and set the security code radio.
