Cylinder head cover



Withdrawal


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cross tube of the air filter, which release the hose clamps.
2. Remove the hose for ventilation of the engine (22) from the body of the cylinder head, after loosening the hose clamp.
3. Disconnect the spring clamp cover (16) and remove the side cover up. Loosen the screws (3) and remove the cover (17).
4. Remove all plugs spark plugs (2), preferably with the help of special tongs.
5. Remove the side of the spring clip fastening wire oxygen sensor and remove it.
6. Remove the screws (1) of the body of the cylinder head.
A warning

The bolts are of different lengths, so make a note of their position for reassembly.


7. Remove the cylinder head (18) with a gasket (20).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the integrity of the seal, replace if necessary. When installing the gasket especially pay attention to the proper fit in the back recesses.
2. Evenly tighten the bolts in the housing of the cylinder head to a torque of 10 Nm
3. Attach the spring clip wire Lambda probe.
4. Put the spark plugs in the proper sequence.
5. Tighten the bolts and secure spring-cage cover.
6. Put the engine ventilation hose and secure with hose clips.
7. Install the cross tube of the air filter.
8. Bring the engine to operating temperature and check the tightness of the cylinder head cover, especially in the rear recesses in the spark plug.
