Engine



Engine dismantled up together with a transmission using a crane. In no case do not lower down the engine using a jack montirovochny that can cause severe damage.

The motor can be disassembled without the gearbox. At this point, marked with (*) are not needed. Gearbox repair prop jack and wooden intermediate seal, then loosen the bolts connecting the engine / gear box and press the engine from the gearbox mount.

Depending on the year and model of the car electric wires, hoses, vacuum and coolant can be installed in the engine compartment in various ways. PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To open the bonnet, pull the support arm (3) on the left bearing the hood in the direction of the arrow and gently lift the hood to the locking lever not fixed. Pull the locking lever of the right support of the hood and set the hood vertically.

Left locking lever must be locked in the upper retainer.


2. Remove the cover (1) from the front wall of the body. To do this, unscrew the nut from the thumbscrew (A) and release the rivet with the notch (b).
3. Disconnect the battery ground cable (-).

This erased anti-theft radio code.


4. Disconnect the battery positive cable extending from the battery connector to the engine, pull it through the divider and place on engine.
5. Disconnect shtekkernoe compound (H27 / 5) oil pressure switch.
6. Remove the wire (30) from the connector.
7. If there is a measuring instrument of weight of air, remove it.
8. Disconnect all hoses vacuum that go to the engine. For example:
- Hose (s) vacuum valve regeneration;
- The vacuum hose to the right of the inlet tube;
- A hose of the vacuum brake booster from intake pipe.
9. Disconnect the throttle cable.
10. Open the fuel filler flap briefly and reduce the excess pressure in the fuel system.
11. Disconnect all electrical wires leading to the motor. In order to facilitate subsequent installation of pre-label the wires with tape. For example:
- Disconnect shtekkernoe connection from the oxygen sensor on the front side of the body;
- 2.2 liters: Remove cover of the control unit behind the front wall of the body, remove the plastic cover of the pre-wire connector;
- 1.8 / 2.0 L: Remove multi-pin connector and the crankshaft position sensor and the vacuum pipe from the unit PMS;
- Disconnect the individual wires to the pads on the left wing, after removing the cover from the pads;
- Disconnect shtekkernoe connection from the cruise;
- Unscrew the cable "weight" of the hydraulic unit holder;
- Air conditioning: unplug the power cord from the AC compressor.
12. Disconnect cable connector, and remove the wires from the holders.
13. The fuel pipe (17/2) and (17/3) label tape and remove the fuel distributor (17). Pre disconnect hoses with clamps.

A warning

Place a cloth, as this implies fuel.


14. Choose the appropriate syringe hydraulic oil from the power steering fluid reservoir.
15. Remove the hose and close the stoppers.
16. Remove the recirculation pipe (28) and pressure hose (29) for servorulevogo control. For vehicles with height adjustment additionally unscrew the high pressure hose (26) and the oil pipe (27) for a bypass pump.
17. Prepodnimite car.
18. Remove the bottom casing of the engine compartment.
19. Remove the fan with a hydraulic clutch.
20. Drain the coolant from the radiator.
21. Remove the coolant hoses cylinder head from behind and from the front of the water pump. Previously loosen the hose clip and disconnect completely.
22. Remove the heat sink.
A warning

For vehicles with air immediately after removal of the radiator install the protective cover on the capacitor.
