All additional motor units are driven by a V-ribbed belt. It is wider than the conventional V-belt and has, on the inner side of a lot of edges.

Automatically pulls the unit ensures uniform tension of the V-ribbed belt for a long time.

The belt should be checked as part of regular maintenance for damage. Depending on the equipment of the car V-belts are of different lengths.

Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the hydraulic clutch fan.
2. Push the key with E10 attachment bolt on the tensioning pulley and loosen the belt (11) by turning clockwise.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the profile of pulleys and strings device for damage and dirt, if necessary clean or replace. At the same time pay attention to the location of the broken legs tensioners and pulleys on the wells.
2. V-ribbed belts with the deposition of dirt between the ribs, cracked, fringed with broken ribs and be sure to replace.
3. Place the V-belt tensioning roller since, respectively, numbers refer to the figure.
4. Release the tensioning roller (see. Marking (B) should only be in the work area (A). If it does not, then there is a discrepancy or belt length, or a defective device pulls.
5. Visually inspect the belt landed on pulleys.
6. Install hydraulic clutch fan.
