Engine lubrication system

Lubrication system pressurized with a gear pump with internal gearing and an eccentric rotor, lubricates the crankshaft, connecting rods and the heads of the upper camshaft bearing. From 1985 model year, the oil from the lubrication system is supplied under pressure to the hydraulic pushers providing automatic compensation gaps in the timing mechanism.
