Removing and installing multi-ribbed belt accessory drive

Kinematic scheme accessory drive belt on the engine M 102.982

A - accessory drive belt (length 2170 mm) for vehicles without air conditioning
B - accessory drive belt (length 2255 mm) with air-conditioned cars Mobile

1 - alternator drive pulley
2 - intermediate pulley
3 - pulley hydraulic clutch cooling fan

Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Loosen the clamp nut damper belt.
Fully loosen the belt by loosening the adjusting screw.
Remove the belt from one pulley first, and then with the other.

When installing the seat belt should be worn on the belt pulleys in order of numbering units.
