Door



Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the inner door panel (see. Subpart 13.11).
3. Disconnect all connectors, mark the route of the wiring and remove the brackets.
4. Carefully pull the wiring of the door opening, pulling seals.
5. Knock-axis limiter door opening.
6. Mark the position of the hinges on the door.
7. While supporting the door, unscrew the hinge screws and remove the door.
8. Check the condition of the loop, if necessary, replace by removing the screws on the body.
9. Flap Clutch.
10. Lower the clutch housing bolts to the engine block.
11. The door is installed in reverse order of labeling. Replace the axis of the stopper. If necessary, adjust the door.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully close the door and check the clearances between adjacent panels.
2. The door is adjusted by moving the loop holes in the doors and body when released bolts. After adjusting tighten the screws.
3. Check the adjustment of the door lock, if necessary, adjust the movement of the latch at the front of the body when released bolts, which after adjustment tighten.
