Cylinder Block - Cleaning

Attention!
If the channels of the cooling system plugs fail in the cylinder channel, then remove them, it is usually impossible.

1. Drill a hole in the plug and unplug wrapped bolts or screws or remove stripper with curved legs.
2. Carefully clean the residue from the sealing unit (pictured).
3. Remove the crankshaft bearing caps and remove the bearings from the cylinder block, and covers. Designate all parts to prevent any confusion.
4. Clean all channels a stream of steam and compressed air (it is recommended to carry out in the service station), rinse the outside of the block detergent. Banish all carving apertures, clean and blow compressed air (see photo). Dry the unit and lubricate the machined surfaces spindle oil.
