Cylinder head - removal and installation
1. Complete decompression of the fuel system, disconnect the battery from weight and sing liquid.

Removal of the left head 4. Remove the compressor and take aside, without disconnecting the line. 5. Remove the distributor, generator, alternator bracket and the exhaust manifold. 6. Remove the valve train parts. 7. Evenly and gradually loosen the cylinder head bolts and store them in the original order (photo). 8. Remove the small screw at the bottom of the head (photo) and carefully remove the head. The right head 9. Remove the power steering pump and take aside.

10. Remove the exhaust manifold, valve train parts and remove the cylinder head bolts (see. Above). 11. Remove the small screw at the bottom of the head and carefully remove the cylinder head Setting 12. Thoroughly clean the split plane of the block and heads, small bumps grind, run and clean all threaded holes. 13. Place a new gasket on the block (see photo). 14. Wrap the hand of the cylinder head bolts in place. The flat part of the bolt washers must face toward the cylinder head (see photo). 15. Tighten the bolts in 5 steps with the set moment in the specified sequence (see photo). 16. Other operations are performed in reverse order. Change the oil and filter.
