Toothed belt - Removing and installing
1. Complete decompression of the fuel system, and disconnect the battery from weight. 2. Drain the coolant. 3. Establish the piston of cylinder 1 at TDC compression stroke. 4. Remove the air filter and cylinder head cover. 5. Loosen the bolts roller rocker arms. 6. Remove any belts, fan cowl and belt tensioner pulley unit. 7. Remove the pulley-damper. 8. Remove the lower radiator hose from the pipe and loosen the clamp on the other end of the pipe. 9. Remove the bolt and pipe. 10. Turn away bolts of covers of a gear belt (photo). Bolts should be marked, at assemblage to establish on former places. 11. Make sure that all the labels on the 3 sprockets are aligned with fixed indexes (in the form of scratches on the belt cover and the pump casing, photo). Otherwise tighten the crankshaft to align the labels screwed bolt pacifier. 12. Loosen the nut clips (photo). 13. Remove the belt. Check up freedom of rotation of the roller (photo). 14. Before installing a belt tensioner rotate clockwise 70-80 ?� and tighten the lock nut (photo) 15. Establish a belt so that the arrow faces forward. 16. Align the white belt to the risks with labels on asterisks (photo).

Adjustment 17. Loosen the lock nut and then rotate the tensioner tensioner at 70-80 ?� clockwise (see photo). 18. Slowly turn the crankshaft clockwise 2-3 turns again and set the 1 st cylinder piston at TDC compression stroke. Attach tensioner probe 0.35 mm (photo). 21. Slowly turn the crankshaft until the probe will not appear between the tensioner and belt (photo).

22. Hold the tensioner, tighten the locknut. 23. Rotate the crankshaft and remove the dipstick. 24.
