Sump -snyatie and installation



1. Disconnect the battery from weight.

2. Lift the front of the car and establish on supports.
3. Remove the shield and drain the oil sump.
4. Remove the starter.
5. Remove the bracket to the engine bell housing.
6. Remove the idler arm.
7. On 4x2 vehicles, remove the stabilizer brackets.
8. On 4x2 vehicles, remove the subframe.
9. On 4x4 vehicles, remove the arm of a forward gear.

10. Remove the transmission support.
11. Disconnect from the exhaust manifolds.
12. hang out the power unit on the hoist or set the jack under it.
13. Remove the bolts from the engine mounts to the frame.
14. Slightly raise the engine, being careful.
15. Remove the bolts and remove the pan.
16. Thoroughly clean the split plane of the cylinder and the pallet of the consolidation rests. Banish and clean the threaded holes in the engine block.
17. Apply sealant to the split plane (photo).
18. Place the gasket on the tray, set the pan and evenly crosswise tighten the bolts to the specified torque (see photo).
