Oil pump - removal, inspection and installation
Withdrawal 1. Remove the toothed belt pulley and pallet. 2. Remove the bolts and remove the oil receiver. 3. Remove the bolts of the oil pump and remove the pump by shifting blows through the wooden disc (pictured). 4. Clean the pump. Check 5. Remove the cover and clean the parts in a solvent. Unscrew the cap and remove the pressure reducing valve (see photo).

6. Check the clearances of the pump (photo). If one of the gaps is different from the norm, replace the pair of gears or a pump. 7. Fill the SPLA with petroleum jelly and reassemble the pump. Setting 8. Apply sealant split plane pump. 9.
