The rear oil seal - replacement



1. Remove the drivetrain (ch. 7).
2. Remove the flywheel or the drive plate torque converter.
3. Hook and carefully remove the gasket (see photo).
4. Lubricate a new oil seal molybdenum grease.
5. Put the oil seal on the crankshaft and carefully press in a hammer with soft brisk.
6. When the surface of the oil seal is flush with the holder, gently press in the oil seal to stop attacks on the brass rod (photo).
7. The rest of the operations are performed in reverse order.
