Hydropushers - removal and installation
1. Remove the cylinder head cover. 2. Fix hydropushers rubber rings from falling out (photo). 3. Remove the case with hydropushers (photo). 4. Remove the tappets and store in the order of their installation. 5. Check the progress of the pusher, pushing it (pictured). If the stroke is greater than 1 mm, the air is trapped inside hydropusher. 6. If the stroke exceeds the norm, then install all parts removed timing and start the engine. 7. Bring the engine speed to 1000 rev / min, 10 min, stop the engine. 8. Remove the pusher and again check the move. If the plunger is still present air and replace the pushers. 9. Check the condition of pushers (See below.). 10. Installation is performed in reverse order.
