Intake manifold and installation -snyatie
Withdrawal 1. Depressurize the fuel system, and disconnect the battery from weight. 2. Drain. 3. Remove the air filter, throttle body, disconnect the wire from the spark and uncover the distributor. 4. Disconnect the EGR valve. 5. Remove the air conditioner belt tensioner pulley and bracket of the belt (photo).

6. Disconnect the hose from the thermostat bypass hose and the upper radiator hose. 7. Designate from the manifold and remove the vacuum hoses, wires and cables. 8. Disconnect the heater hose at the rear of the reservoir. 9. Evenly loosen the bolts and nuts in the sequence, and carefully remove the intake manifold. Setting 10. Clean the manifold, run all the threads. 11. Install the new gasket on the manifold (fixed in accordance with the attached instructions for this part). 12. Without prejudice to the provisions of the gasket, install the collector and tighten the bolts and nuts. Tighten bolts and nuts with the set moment in the specified sequence (see photo). 13. Other operations are performed in the opposite pot row.
