| 1. Tighten a manual brake, then lift the front of the car and fix on supports. |
| 2. Remove a corresponding forward wheel. |
| 3. Replace the wheel bolts washer 10 mm, and screw the bolt into the hole of a brake disk. |
| 4. Slowly rotate the brake disc so that it can be viewed from both sides. Wear pads on the brake disc must be within acceptable limits. If there are cracks on the disk, the disk must be replaced. |

| 10. Most conveniently and accurately measure the thickness of the brake disc using a micrometer. |
A warning  The thickness of the brake disc should be measured at several points around the circumference of the brake disc. For the true thickness of the brake disk is necessary to take the smallest of the measured values.

| 11. If there are scratches or cracks deeper than 0.5mm brake disc must be replaced. |
