Removing and installing rear working brake cylinder



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the brake pads.
2. Loosen the union nut of the brake pipe on the back side of the wheel brake cylinder.
3. Unscrew the two screws that secure the wheel brake cylinder to a brake board.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place a clean cloth under the brake shield.
2. Unscrew the union nut of the pipeline from the brake cylinder and immediately screw it on the new brake cylinder. This ensures negligible loss of brake fluid.
3. Establish a working brake cylinder on brake board and fix bolts, having tightened their moment of 8 Nm.
4. Tighten union nut securing the line to the wheel cylinder 5 Nm.
5. Install the brake pads.
6. Bleed the brake system. This is usually enough to pump over only one cylinder, which replaces.
