This procedure applies only to models of 4WD. On nepolnoprivodnyh models use sealed bearings type.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Before poddomkrachivat car remove the cotter pin and lock nut, then loosen the hub nut.

Loosen the nuts of the front wheel, Poddomkratte front of the car and establish it on props. Remove the wheel.
Remove the caliper and the brake disc (Head Brake system).
Remove the hub nut. Otboltite hub assembly from the steering knuckle and knock it out of the nest in his fist. If the hub slots "baked onto" the axis, use the puller.

... And two rear bolts (arrows) securing the hub assembly to the steering knuckle (12 radial head is required).

Service

Hub bearing unit can not be disassembled. In case of damage or deterioration of the hub bearing must be replaced or the entire assembly.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Sandpaper smooth out the hole in the knuckle by removing from it all traces of rust and dirt. Lubricate the splines of the drive and lubricate wheel bearings. Use the same grease for the lubrication holes in the walls of the knuckle and install the hub assembly into place. Tighten the hub to knuckle with demanded effort.
Replace the washer and nut hub, tighten the nut. Insert the disc and brake caliper (Chapter Brake System) and push the wheel and lower the car to the ground. Tighten the wheel nuts with demanded effort (Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
Tighten the hub nut to the required torque, the slider, and a new cotter pin. Put the hub cap.
