PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the ring bearing primary and secondary shaft in the gearbox housing (at the removed diaphragm springs and gaskets).
2. Install the clutch housing to the hanger and place the gearbox in the clutch housing differential bearing race. Attach the ring bearing a piece of pipe and light punches put him in the place that it came into contact with the clutch housing.
3. Install bearing rings in special tool (selector) as shown in the figure.
4. Turn the selector to eliminate the gap, as shown by the arrow.
5. Install the differential assembly into the clutch housing and install the bearing race and the special adaptation (selector) on the differential. Install collected selectors for primary and secondary shaft in the clutch housing. Install the shaft assembly, as shown.
6. Install the special tool (spacers) in the position shown in the figure.
7. Install the gearbox housing and tighten the special tool (bolts) to the required torque.

Torque: 38-51 N ??? m

To put the bearings in place, install the special tool (bars) on parts (A) and (B) and turn the selectors selectors to increase the gap. Then turn the special equipment in the opposite direction until the gaps disappear.
9. Manually expand the selector until it no longer be turned by hand.

10. Make sure the primary and secondary shafts rotate freely.
11. With the probe, measure the circumference of the gap between the two halves of the special adaptation (selector).
12. Take the maximum value and determine the required thickness of the pad. Use no more than two pads.
13. Establish special adaptation OK130 191 A05 in the differential.
14. Using a torque wrench, turn special tool. Adjusts the special adaptation (selector) with OK130 191 A03 (bars), until a specified preload.

Preload: 0.5 N ??? m

15. With the probe, measure the backlash of the special adaptation (selector) between A and B.
16. To add to the measured gap of 0.15 mm, and select a combination of the two pads, the thickness of which is closest to the measured values. Use no more than two pads.

Example: 0.32 mm
0.32 mm 0.15 mm 0.47 mm
Nearest pad (thicker) to 0.47 mm has a thickness of 0.50 mm.

The thickness of the shims mm - 0.1, 0.2, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35, 0.40, 0.45, 0.50, 0.55, 0.60, 0.65

17. Remove the gearbox housing and a special device.
18. Remove the selectors, the primary shaft in gathering and differential.
19. Remove the bearing rings.

Shim for input shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Subtract 1 from the gap as defined in paragraph 11 to the input shaft, the thickness of the diaphragm spring (0.65 mm).
2. Determine the range of choices pads by subtracting the values of the standard clearance from the result of the preceding paragraph. Select thinner gasket in this range, to receive a standard gap.

Standard clearance: 0-0.05 mm
Example:
1.22 mm - 0.65 mm = 0.57 mm
The range of choice pads:
(0.57 mm - 0.05 mm) - (0 mm- 0.57 mm) = 0.52 mm - 0.57 mm
Laying: 0.55 mm

Adjusting Disc output shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Subtract 1 from the gap as defined in paragraph 11 to the input shaft, the thickness of the diaphragm spring (0.65 mm).
2. Determine the range of choices pads by subtracting the values of the standard clearance from the result of the preceding paragraph. Select thinner gasket in this range, to receive a standard gap.

Standard clearance:
0.03-0.08 mm
Example:
1.22 mm - 0.65 mm = 0.57 mm
The range of choice pads:
(0.57 mm 0.03 mm) - (0.57 mm 0.08 mm 0.60 mm - 0.65 mm
Laying: 0.60 mm
