Preliminary checks Axial backlash gear 1st gear PERFORMANCE ORDER |  | 1. Measure the clearance between the first gear transmission and drive gear differential. Nominal backlash: 0,05-0,28 mm
Maximum permissible backlash: 0,33 mm | 2. If the clearance exceeds the limit, check the contact surface of the first gear transmission pinion differential and the clutch hub synchronizer of 1st / 2nd gear. Replace worn or damaged parts.

Axial backlash gear 2nd gear
PERFORMANCE ORDER |  | 1. Measure the clearance between the gear 2nd gear driven gear and third gear. Nominal backlash: 0,18-0,46 mm
Maximum permissible backlash: 0,51 mm | 2. If the clearance exceeds the limit, check the contact surface of the gear 2nd gear, driven gear 3rd gear and the clutch hub synchronizer of 1st / 2nd gear. Replace worn or damaged parts.
