Dismantling of knots clutch and the gearbox



Units clutch and the gearbox

1 - the outer ring of the bearing;
2 - oil seal;
3 - an external ring of the bearing;
4 - funnel;
5 - a bolt;
6 - guide plate;
7 - a tube;
8 - a bolt;
9 - leash voter;
10 - cylindrical pin;
11 - Rod shift control;
12 - Case;
13 - the voter;
14 - oil seal;
15 - a bolt;
16 - a cover breather;
17 - breather;
18 - speed sensor;
19 - a bolt;
20 - speedometer driven gear;
21 - oil seal;
22 - an external ring of the bearing;

Needlessly do not remove the oil seal.



Remove the clutch housing units and the gearbox in the sequence shown in the figure.

The outer ring of the bearing of a primary shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
With the help of a special device, remove the outer ring of the bearing.

Val reversing lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Wrap the reverse lever shaft with a rag and remove the shaft with pliers.

Oil seal traction shift control

PERFORMANCE ORDER
A screwdriver and a hammer, remove the stem O-ring gear.

Funnel and outer ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft
A warning

If necessary, use a screwdriver to remove the outer ring of the bearing.

Insert a screwdriver between the clutch housing and the outer ring of the bearing and loosen the outer ring of the bearing.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
Remove the outer ring of the bearing, raising the funnel together with the ring.

Oil seal input shaft
A warning

Do not damage the clutch.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
Use a screwdriver to remove the oil seal for input shaft.

Differential oil seal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Use a screwdriver to remove the oil seal of the differential.

The outer ring of the bearing of differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish special adaptation OK130 170 012 in the outer ring of the bearing.
2. Use a suitable pipe, remove the outer ring of the bearing.

The outer ring of the bearing and shim differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish special adaptation OK130 170 012 in the outer ring of the bearing.
2. Remove the bearing outer race and shim.

Crankcase oil seal mechanism of the speedometer

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Remove the oil seal as shown in the figure.

Installing oil seal differential housing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Install the oil seal using the special tool OK201 170 AA1.
