Assembling input shaft
Collect the input shaft in sequence as shown in the figure. The sequence of assembly of the primary shaft 1 - hub coupling the 3rd and 4th transfers; 2 - biscuit lock synchronizer; 3 - sliding sleeve of the synchronizer of 3rd and 4th transfers; 4 - a spring latch biscuit synchronizer; 5 - input shaft; 6 - Bearing (primary shaft end); | 7 - a gear wheel of 3rd transfer; 8 - ring of the synchronizer of 3rd transfer; 9 - the synchronizer of 3rd and 4th transfers in gathering; 10 - a lock ring; 11 - ring of the synchronizer of 4th transfer; 12 - a gear wheel of 4th transfer; 13 - the bearing. | Bearing (by differential)
PERFORMANCE ORDER | Using a press and special adaptation, install a new bearing. |
| Pinion 3rd gear ring of the synchronizer of 3rd transfer and the synchronizer of 3rd and 4th gear
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | Using a press, install the gear 3rd gear, synchronizer ring 3rd gear and synchronizer of 3rd and 4th gear assembly. |
| Synchronizer ring 4th gear, gear wheel of 4th transfer and the bearing PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Using a press and special adaptation OK130 175 A12 and OK130 175 008 Establish a synchronizer ring 4th gear, 4th gear transmission and a new bearing. | | 2. Measure the clearance between the gear 3rd gear and 2nd gear transmission. Nominal backlash: 0.05-0.20 mm
Maximum permissible backlash: 0,25 mm | | 3. Measure the clearance between the gear 4th gear and the bearing. Nominal backlash: 0,17-0,37 mm
Maximum permissible backlash: 0,42 mm | 4. If the measured clearance is not correct, disassemble and reassemble the primary shaft. |
