PERFORMANCE ORDER
Place crackers and spring retainer into the sleeve of the synchronizer hub.

Bearing (by differential)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Using a press and special adaptation OK900 175 AA1, establish a new bearing.

Gear of 1st transfer, a ring of the synchronizer of 1st transfer and the synchronizer of 1st / 2nd gear

PERFORMANCE ORDER

A warning

On the synchronizer ring 2nd gear teeth are absent in three places around the perimeter in order to distinguish it from other synchronizer rings.

1. Install the first gear transmission ring of the synchronizer of 1st transfer and the synchronizer hub sleeve 1st / 2nd gear as shown in the figure.
2. Align the notch ring synchronizer with clamp crackers.
3. Using a press and special adaptation OK900 175 AA1, establish a nave of the synchronizer clutch 1st / 2nd gear.

Synchronizer ring 2nd transfers and a gear wheel 2nd transfers and a conducted gear wheel of 3 transfers

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a synchronizer ring 2nd transfers and a gear wheel 2nd transfers.
2. Using a press and special adaptation OK900 175 AA1, establish a gear wheel of 3 transfers.

Driven gear 4th transfer and the bearing inner ring

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Using a press and special adaptation OK900 175 AA1, establish a gear wheel of 4th transfer and the bearing inner ring.
2. Measure the clearance between the first gear transmission and drive gear differential.

Nominal backlash: 0,05-0,28 mm

Maximum permissible backlash: 0,33 mm

3. Measure the clearance between the gear 2nd gear driven gear and third gear.

Nominal backlash: 0,18-0,45 mm

Maximum permissible backlash: 0,51 mm

4. If backlashes do not correspond demanded, disassemble and reassemble the secondary shaft.
