PERFORMANCE ORDER | | Set along the input shaft assembly and output shaft assembly. |
|
Shift fork and shift rod assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Turn on the 2nd gear and put the shift fork and shift rod assembly as shown. | 2. Insert the spring seat and the spring in the reverse lever shaft, set steel ball and push it to the seal. | | 3. Pressing the tip end of the control rod to the scraper seal, press down on the tip of the control rod in the direction of the arrow, so that the ball came into the shaft. This will align the rod to the connecting rod aperture switching clutch housing. | 4. Install the clip of each coupling hub to the neutral position and tap the switch on top of thrust to steel ball went into the central groove (one of the three grooves at the tip of the control rod). | | 5. Pull forward the tip of the control rod, where the bead to a steel ball went into the retainer in the groove. |
| The crank arm assembly and the crank shaft
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Install the new O-ring on the shaft crank. | 2. Insert the crank shaft housing between the voter and the tip of the control rod and crank shaft connect with crank. | | 3. Align the pin holes crank shaft and the clutch housing and insert a new pin. |
| Tip shift rod 5th gear / reverse switch and pull the 5th gear and reverse gear
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | Install the shift rod tip (1) and the shift rod (2) and tighten the bolt of the scenes.
The inhaling moment: 11,8-13,7 N ??? m |
| Reverse idler gear shaft idler gear and reverse gear
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Install the intermediate reverse gear shaft and idler reverse. | 2. Attach a magnet to the clutch housing. | | 3. Align the end of the lock-up clutch with control lever (arrow) and turn the threaded hole of the shaft of the intermediate reverse gear in the direction shown in the figure. |
| Gearbox housing assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | Apply a thin coat of sealant to the mating surface of the clutch and the gearbox and tighten bolts to torque the crankcase. Torque: 38-51 N ??? m |
| Driven gear 5th gear
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | Install the counter shaft 5th gear, as shown in the figure. |
| Coupling hub 5th gear and reverse gear assembly and the shift fork 5th gear and reverse gear
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | Install the coupling hub with 5th gear and reverse gear assembly and the shift fork 5th gear and reverse gear. |
| Locking nut
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Turn on the 1st gear. | | 2. Use the special tool fix a primary shaft. | 3. Tighten the lock nuts on the new primary and secondary shafts. Torque: 128-196 N ??? m | 4. Tighten the lock nuts. | | 5. Use a micrometer to measure the axial clearance gear 5th gear.
Nominal backlash: 0,10-0,22 mm
Maximum permissible backlash: 0,27 mm | 6. If the measured clearance is not correct, disassemble and reassemble the gearbox. |
