Installing gearbox



The sequence of transmission installation

1 - Transmission;
2 - support number 4 engine;
3 - lower panel;
4 - the mounting bracket of the engine;
5 - drive shaft and the intermediate shaft;
6 - drive shaft;
7 - Earring fastening of the stabilizer;
8 - a tip of steering draft;
9 - draft of a gear change control;
10 - draft of a gear change;
11 - the exhaust pipe;
12 - cross;
13 - the working cylinder of coupling;
14 - the gauge of the speedometer of the car (driven gear speedometer);
15 - socket of the switch of a lantern of a backing;
16 - neutral position switch connector;
17 - the fuel filter;
18 - an arm of the wiring harness;
19 - starter;
20 - support of the battery;
21 - the storage battery;
22 - The air filter assembly;
23 - resonant air line;

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Raise the vehicle in a horizontal position and secure it with a reliable support.
2. the transmission in the sequence shown in Figure
3. Pour the required amount of gear oil of the specified type.
4. Warm up the engine and the gearbox, check for oil leaks and transmission operation.
5. On a jack lift a transmission and establish it under the car. Slowly lifting and moving to the engine, establish a transmission into place.
6. Secure the gearbox on the engine.

Torque: 68-99 H ??? M
7. Lightly tighten the bolts bearing number 4 engine.

Engine Mounting Bracket
A warning

When you install the mounting bracket Insert the threaded studs of the engine supports number 1 and number 2 engine mounting holes.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Align the mounting holes in the threaded studs supports number 1 and number 2 engine and replace the bolts and nuts as shown.

Torque:
A: 38-51 N ??? m
B: 64-89 N ??? m

2. Tighten the nuts bearing number 4 engine.

Torque:
A: 67-93 N ??? m
B: 28-40 N ??? m

3. Remove tool OK201 170 aa0 (engine mounting).

The drive shaft and intermediate shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the snap ring so that the cut is aligned with the top of the groove.

A warning

Sharp edges of the locking ring of the drive shaft can be cut or damage the oil seal. Be careful when installing the drive shaft in the gearbox.


2. Coat the lip of the oil seal with gear oil and install the drive shaft.
3. Pull the drive shaft, check that the shaft is properly secured in place. It should not be nominated.
4. Insert the intermediate shaft to the transmission.
5. Secure the support of the intermediate shaft to the engine block.

Torque: 43-61 N ??? m
6. Connect the lower arm to the steering knuckle and tighten the clamp bolt.

Torque: 44-58 N ??? m

Earring fastening of the stabilizer

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Set Earring fastening of the stabilizer.

Torque: 44-60 N ??? m


Tie rod end

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right tips of steering drafts in rotary fists and fix their nuts.

Torque: 43-56 N ??? m

2. cotter lock nut from loosening.

Traction control gear change and draft gear

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect to a transmission draft of a gear.

Torque: 38-51 N ??? m

2. Connect to a transmission shift control cravings.

Torque: 16-22 N ??? m


Connector reversing light switch

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the switch connector and the rear light bracket for ground terminals.
2. Connect the reversing light switch.
3. Connect the connection with "weight".

Torque: 16-22 N ??? m


After warming up the engine, do the following

Check the oil level. Conduct road test the vehicle and check the fluid levels.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lack of unusual noise in every gear.
2. The possibility of a smooth shift.
3. Lack of spontaneous shutdown transmission.
4. The speedometer is working properly.
5. Reversing lights are working properly.
