Removing and installing engine

Dismounting components when removing the power unit

1 - Generator
2 - heater hoses
3 - Coolant expansion tank
4 - Upper radiator hose
5 - the top casing of the cooling fan
6 - Assembling the cooling fan
7 - pulley drive cooling fan
8 - belt cooling fan
9 - Lower radiator hose

10 - belt compressor K / V (with appropriate equipment)
11 - Compressor K / V (at a corresponding complete set)
12 - Earthing Engine
13 - the engine wiring harness connectors

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  2. Drain the engine oil (see chap. Current care and maintenance).
  3. Dismantled associated components, acting in their numbering.
  4. Installation is in the reverse order.
