Removal and installation of components of timing
 | This procedure is one of those whose implementation does not require the removal of the engine from the car. |
Details of installation of the timing components | | |
| - Remove the timing belt (see. Section Checking and replacing the timing belt at Chapter Current leaving and service).
| - In order to prevent the risk of entering into contact with the valve piston when removing the gears expand the crankshaft so that at its mounting index gear shifted by 45 ?� relative risks to the oil pump case.

| - Release bolt gear pump, - the wheel can be locked against rotation by threading it into a hole in the spokes of a pair of bolts (M8 x 1.25 x 30 ÷ 40) with their ends screwing into a threaded hole in the hinge pump assembly.

| - Using a special puller make the dismantling of the gear pump.
|
| - Remove the cylinder head cover, hold the camshaft from turning specially provided for flats, - try not to damage the key casting head - unscrew the retaining bolt and acting in a manner similar to that described in paragraph 4, remove the timing gear.

- With the help of a special device lock by turning the flywheel / drive plate (see. and remove gear from the crankshaft.
- When installing the components into place track correctness of combination of adjusting labels (see. Section Checking and replacing the timing belt at Chapter Current leaving and service). All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
