Removal and installation of the bypass pipe cooling path petrol engine
Details of the installation of the overflow pipe heater cooling path petrol engine Withdrawal | - Check the three choke connector bypass line cooling tract for signs of leaks. If necessary, tighten the connectors, or replace the nozzle.
- Remove protection crankcase.
- Remove the radiator cap, and then open the drain valve and drain the coolant into a suitable container cooked volume.
- Tighten the valve.
- Remove the air intake inlet air path (see. Power supply systems, engine control / emission control and exhaust).
- Remove the support bracket bolts upper intake manifold.
- Turn out one bolt from the bracket on the pipeline.
- Remove the wire clamp from the bracket on the back of the engine, then turn out a bolt and a lock release.
- Disconnect the electrical wiring from the throttle position sensor (TPS).
- Disconnect plugs ?? 1 and 2 electrical fuel line.
- Remove one bolt and release the latch on the left one wire in the back of the power unit.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors of two information sensors, release the harness from the support bracket.
- Remove thermofilter exhaust manifold.
- Remove the bottom thermofilter.
- Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
- Turn out bolts of fastening of a reception pipe exhaust system.
- Remove the bolt support bracket front pipe.
- Remove the starter motor (see chap. Systems of an electric motor) and move it to the side to provide adequate access to the overflow pipe.
- Loosen the return hose clamp securing heater.
- Remove the bolt rear support bracket of the heating pipe on transmission housing.
- Disconnect the return hose from the pipe.
- Lower the car to the ground.
- Remove the exhaust manifold (see. Power supply systems, engine control / emission control and exhaust).
- Remove the bolt of the left front bracket tube heater.
- Disconnect the water inlet pipe from the heater and remove the heating assembly line.
