Removal and installation of the bypass pipe cooling path petrol engine



Details of the installation of the overflow pipe heater cooling path petrol engine

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the three choke connector bypass line cooling tract for signs of leaks. If necessary, tighten the connectors, or replace the nozzle.
  2. Remove protection crankcase.
  3. Remove the radiator cap, and then open the drain valve and drain the coolant into a suitable container cooked volume.
  4. Tighten the valve.
  5. Remove the air intake inlet air path (see. Power supply systems, engine control / emission control and exhaust).
  6. Remove the support bracket bolts upper intake manifold.
  7. Turn out one bolt from the bracket on the pipeline.
  8. Remove the wire clamp from the bracket on the back of the engine, then turn out a bolt and a lock release.
  9. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the throttle position sensor (TPS).
  10. Disconnect plugs ?��?�� 1 and 2 electrical fuel line.
  11. Remove one bolt and release the latch on the left one wire in the back of the power unit.
  12. Disconnect the electrical connectors of two information sensors, release the harness from the support bracket.
  13. Remove thermofilter exhaust manifold.
  14. Remove the bottom thermofilter.
  15. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
  16. Turn out bolts of fastening of a reception pipe exhaust system.
  17. Remove the bolt support bracket front pipe.
  18. Remove the starter motor (see chap. Systems of an electric motor) and move it to the side to provide adequate access to the overflow pipe.
  19. Loosen the return hose clamp securing heater.
  20. Remove the bolt rear support bracket of the heating pipe on transmission housing.
  21. Disconnect the return hose from the pipe.
  22. Lower the car to the ground.
  23. Remove the exhaust manifold (see. Power supply systems, engine control / emission control and exhaust).
  24. Remove the bolt of the left front bracket tube heater.
  25. Disconnect the water inlet pipe from the heater and remove the heating assembly line.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Install new O-ring fitting.
  2. Keep a tube at the regular place of the engine.
  3. Install the heater hose.
  4. Connect the water inlet pipe to the casing.
  5. Screw a bolt of the left front pipe retainer.
  6. Install the exhaust manifold gasket.
  7. Screw the six bolts securing the exhaust manifold and tighten them with demanded effort (24 Nm).
  8. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
  9. Connect the exhaust pipe of the exhaust system to the exhaust manifold.
  10. Replace and tighten to the required torque (24 Nm), one bolt the support bracket of the exhaust tract.
  11. Screw and tighten to the required torque (24 Nm) the three nuts of the support bracket of planting the exhaust flange.
  12. Tighten the clamp heater return hose.
  13. Replace and tighten to the required torque (47 Nm) the three screws on the starter.
  14. Fasten with two bolts intake manifold support bracket.
  15. Replace and tighten to the required torque (22 Nm) bolt the support bracket on the nozzle heater transmission housing.
  16. Lower the car to the ground.
  17. Replace and tighten to the required torque (22 Nm) the two mounting bolts of the inlet pipeline.
  18. Plug connectors ?��?�� 1 and 2 electrical fuel line.
  19. Connect the wiring to the TPS.
  20. Replace and tighten to the required torque (22 Nm) in the engine block and the housing pipe clamps with two bolts clamps.
  21. Screw the bolt of the left rear wire retainer. Tighten it with the required torque (22 Nm).
  22. Thread the wiring into place.
  23. Install the lower thermofilter and secure it with two nuts, tighten them with demanded effort (22 Nm).
  24. Install the upper thermofilter - screw and tighten to the required torque (22 Nm) the three mounting bolts.
  25. Connect the wiring to the lambda probe, fix the wiring harness in the holder.
  26. Replace the air intake, connect the wiring to the sensor MAF.
  27. Fill the cooling system.
  28. Poddomkratte car, set it on props and tighten to the required torque (47 Nm) the two lower support bracket bolt starter.
  29. Lower the car on the ground, start the engine and check for signs of coolant leaks.
