Removal, check of a condition and installation of the radiator, radiator hose replacement
Petrol models | - Remove protection crankcase.
| - Remove the radiator cap, open the drain valve (1) and drain the coolant into a suitable container cooked drain volume.
|
| - Release fixing collars and remove the top (1) and lower (2) radiator hoses.
|
- Disconnect from going to the radiator expansion tank overflow hose.
| - Turn out fixing bolts and remove the air intake air intake tract (1) of the engine.
|
| - Remove the five mounting bolts (1) of the fan assembly.
|
- Remove the bolts and the support brackets, he fed up, remove the radiator from the engine compartment.
| - Inspect the heat sink for signs of leakage, deformation lamellae and connecting pipes and other mechanical damages. If necessary, replace the radiator, or take it to a specialized workshop for the implementation of the corresponding regenerative repair.
|
- Carefully review the state of the radiator hose, if necessary, prepare a replacement.
- Installation is in the reverse order - track reliability of fixing the radiator hose clamps and securing compliance with the requirements Specifications Chapter Systems of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners.
- Finally, season with a cooling system with fresh mix (see chap. Current leaving and service), start the engine, mayhem it up to normal operating temperature and then - if required - adjust the level of the coolant.
- Replace the radiator cap and do not turn off the engine, check the relevant components of the cooling tract for signs of leaks.
