Removal and installation of the carburetor
 | When removing the carburetor may make a certain amount of fuel. Fuel vapors are poisonous and flammable, so pay attention to good ventilation of the workplace. Avoid getting fuel on the skin, to work in fuel-proof gloves. Do not work near open flames. |
Withdrawal | - Disconnect earth cable from the battery.
| This data is erased from the memory of malfunctions of the engine or a protective code of a radio receiver. Before disconnecting the battery should read instructions in Section Removal and installation of the battery. |
- Remove the air filter -2-. See Chapter power supply system, the carburettor, fuel injection system, Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
- If present, unscrew the bracket from the air filter.
- Remove the drive gas -3-. Pre-mark the installation position of the sheath on the counter support.
| Gaszug not be bent or it will burst during operation. The bent wire anyway replaced. |
- Disconnect fuel -4- and plug it, after loosening and sliding the back collar. As a plug can be used pure bolt of appropriate diameter.
- Disconnect vacuum hoses -5- on the housing of the carburettor and mark them with adhesive tape.
 | - Disconnect the electrical connections -6 and -7, and mark them with adhesive tape.

- Unscrew the nut and lift the carburetor carburetor -8.
- Remove the plug heater.
- Remove heater -9 and gaskets.
- Cover the inlet pipe with a clean cloth so there could not be dirty.

Setting | - Remove the cloth, install the carburetor with a new gasket on the flange and screw it.
- Connect the vacuum hoses to the body as per the identification of the carburetor.
- Connect fuel hose and secure the clamp.
- Install the drive and the starting gas valve. Tighten the cover of a cable according to the marking.
- Attach the return spring throttle lever.
- If so, screw the air filter holder.
- Set the air filter, see chap. The power supply system, the carburettor, fuel injection system, Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
- Connect the battery earth cable.
- If available, set the clock and set the security code radio.
- Check idle speed and CO content, adjust if necessary.
