2. Check the radial bearings of the crankshaft and the clutch release bearing on the ease of rotation and the tripping lever - the ease of switching, if necessary - replace.
3. Check the drive plate clutch sufficient thickness and condition of the friction linings.
4. The front and rear bearings Check for porosity and damage.
5. If the transmission is dismantled, screw it to the engine, and together enter into the engine compartment.
6. Very carefully lower the engine when installed in the engine compartment, to prevent damage to the drive shaft, grip and body.
7. Screw the gearbox to the intermediate flange motor (see. Table of tightening torques). At the same wire of "weight" on the bottom left screw transmission.
8. Insert and tighten the screws by hand front engine mounts.
9. The rear engine mounting screw fastening bolts to a torque of 40 Nm and 70 Nm torque for fastening nuts.
10. Tighten the front engine mounts with a torque of 40 Nm
11. Insert the propeller shaft in the gearbox.
12. Automatic transmission: Put the starting lock plug and reversing light switch and fix the plastic stopper. Connect the power cable to the solenoid valve Kickdown.
13. If the motor has been removed without the transmission, install the starter.
14. Screw the cable "weight" from the gearbox to the bodywork.
15. Attach the gear lever to the gearbox and secure the clamps. Check the adjustment.
16. Install the exhaust system.
17. Air conditioning: cooling screw compressor, mount the V-ribbed belt.
18. Install the heat sink.
19. Attach the coolant hoses and secure with hose clamps.
20. Install the fan with a hydraulic clutch.
21. Establish the bottom casing of the engine compartment.
22. Lower the car to the ground.
23. Screw the recirculation hose and high pressure hose of the steering servo. For vehicles with height adjustment screw an additional high-pressure hose and oil line for a bypass pump. Bleed the oil pump discharge bypass pump.
24. Set the throttle cable.
25. Connect the fuel lines.
26. Attach the vacuum hose that goes to the engine.
27. Install the cross tube of the air filter.
28. Install the air mass meter, if it is dismantled.
29. Check the oil level in the engine and gearbox, if necessary top up.
30. Check the antifreeze content of the coolant and add, if required.
31. Clean the air filter insert, replace if necessary and insert the filter.
32. First, connect the positive battery cable (+) and then wire the "masses" (-).
33. Attach the knurled nut and rivet coating on the front side of the body.
34. Bring the engine up to operating temperature, check the coolant level and the tightness of the hose connection.
35. Close the engine hood. To do this, pull the locking lever in the hinge of the bonnet and slowly lower the hood until it felt counter springs and locks the locking lever.
36. Set the clock.
37. Set the anti-theft code for the radio.
38. Read the fault memory of the engine.
