6-cylinder engine



Withdrawal


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Disconnect the engine ventilation hose (12) from the body of the cylinder head after loosening the hose clamp (11).
3. Remove the cover (7) on the side and pull up. Loosen the screws and remove the cover (9). Note: The image above the ignition wire does not match 202.
4. Loosen and remove all spark plugs by turning left or right. Put aside the spark plugs to ignition coil.
5. Remove the screws (14) of the body of the cylinder head. Remove the body of the cylinder head gasket to the side (2) and shims (3) to the spark plug.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the seals on the porosity and cracks. If one is damaged gasket must be replaced at the same time all the pads.
2. When installing the gasket particular attention to the correct seating in the rear recess.
3. Tighten the bolts of the case of the cylinder head to a torque of 10 Nm
4. Install the spark plugs in a proper way, to explain the installation on the body of the cylinder head is stamped scheme.
5. Secure the spring clamps and tighten the cover bolts.
6. Slide the ventilation hose of the engine and lock the clamp.
7. Install the air filter.
8. Warm up the engine to operating temperature and check the tightness of the cylinder head cover, especially in the rear recesses.
