Adjust the clutch pedal

Measuring the height of the clutch pedal (H)

Pedal height

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. When the clutch pedal is released, measure the distance H from the surface of the rubber pad pads to the floor.
2. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications, in case of need make corresponding updating.

3. Loosen the lock nut Pedal / gauge-switch ASCD.

4. Turn the stop / gauge-switch Achieve the desired pedal.
5. Tighten the lock nut and recheck the pedal height adjustment.

Free travel

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lightly press the clutch pedal and measure the length of its course until the emergence of resistance. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications. If necessary, make appropriate adjustment.

2. Loosen the lock nut of a pusher of the main cylinder and turn the pusher in the appropriate direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) until you get the desired result.
3. Tighten the lock nut and recheck.
