Removal and installation of the executive cylinder of coupling

Assemble the clutch slave cylinder


1 - Housing 2 - Spring plunger 3 - Cover the piston 4 - Piston	5 - pusher 6 - Bellow 7 - bleeding valve (6 ÷ 10 Nm)

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assemble the clutch slave cylinder shown in the illustration.
2. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
If installed on the car stereo is equipped with a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. In case of necessity to ensure access, remove the battery (see chap. Electric motor).
4. Loosen the banjo bolt choke connector connected to the actuator cylinder hydraulic line. Remove the bolts of the cylinder assembly.
5. Disconnect the hydraulic line. Prepare a container and supply of dry cloth to collect the spilled liquid.
6. Remove the actuator assembly cylinder crankcase Manual transmission.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect to the cylinder hydraulic line (do not forget to replace sealing washers choke connector). Hand tighten the hollow bolt connector.
2. Place the assembly on the regular place on the dome grip and tighten with demanded effort fixing bolts. Track correctness of landing in the pocket of the pusher arm clutch. Tighten fixture with demanded effort.
3. demanded effort tighten banjo bolt choke connector hydraulic line.
4. Fill in the required number of cylinder brake fluid DOT 3.
5. Bleed the hydraulic system (see. Section Removal of air from a hydraulic path of a drive clutch).
6. If removed, replace the battery. Connect the negative cable to the battery.
