1. The gauge-switch starter circuit opening located near the upper end of the clutch pedal. 2. Check the settings pedal height and the size of a free wheeling of a pusher (see. Section Adjusting the clutch pedal). 3. Make sure that the engine start is not possible when the clutch pedal is released. 4. Ensure the reliability of the engine start when the clutch pedal is depressed. 5. If the serviceability of functioning of the gauge-switch is broken, you should check the correctness of electrical states. 6. Use an ohmmeter make sure available conductivity between the terminal pin assembly with the plunger depressed gauge-switch. 7. When you release the plunger conductivity must disappear. 8. Faulty sensor switch must be replaced, - Release the lock nut on the sensor housing, then turn the assembly and unplug it from the electrical wiring. Installation is in the reverse order. 9. Adjust the clutch pedal (see. Section Adjusting the clutch pedal) 10. Make sure that the engine start is only possible when squeezing the clutch pedal. |
