1. Bleeding hydraulic drive system shutdown must be carried out each time after removing its components, as well as when the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir drops so that air gets into the assembly. The principle of leveling the same as that used in the removal of air from the brake path.
2. Fill the master cylinder fresh brake fluid DOT 3.  | Do not reuse the already pumped out of the liquid, and the liquid for a long time kept in a tightly closed container. |
 | 3. Remove the dust cap and tighten the valve to the end of the pumping cylinder suitable for the size of the plastic hose. The other end of the hose lower in the partially filled with brake fluid transparent vessel. Make sure to cut the hose turned completely immersed in the liquid. |
4. Have an assistant depress the clutch pedal and lock it in the down position. Slightly open the valve and release the pumping fluid from the cylinder into the drain capacity. When escaping air bubbles mixed with the liquid stops again tighten the valve and allow the assistant to release the pedal.
5. Continue pumping in the same manner as long as the liquid coming out of the cylinder is completely free of air bubbles. Always carefully follow the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir, preventing its excessive lowering dangerous ingress of air into the tract and the reduction to zero of all of these efforts.
6. When finished pumping, disconnect the hose and replace the dust cap. Check the operation of the clutch. |
