Removal, check of a condition and installation of the release bearing and release lever

CHECK | | Hold the outer ring of the bearing, press two fingers inside and rotate it. The bearing should rotate freely and quietly, otherwise it must be replaced. Wipe with a clean cloth bearing and check for signs of wear, cracks and other mechanical damages. Normally, release bearing replacement is performed every time the service components of the clutch. In no case do not wash the bearing in solvent in order to avoid infringement of tightness of its assembly. Check the release lever for cracks and signs of strain. |

INSTALLATION | | 1. refractory greasing grease the bearing surface of the Phewa. |

3. Put the assembly clutch lever retaining spring bearings and spherical thrust bearing. 4. Put the thrust bearing in the front bearing holder of the primary shaft of the gearbox, while passing off the end of the arm through the hole in the clutch housing.
