Removal and installation of receiver-dehydrator K /



The air conditioning system is constantly under high pressure. In no case do not disconnect refrigerator lines and do not remove any components without first running the last discharge. Discharge the air conditioning system should be carried out by experienced specialist in the workshop car service. When disconnecting refrigeration lines, always wear protective goggles!

When replacing components of the air conditioning system will require a certain amount of replaceable refrigerator oil needed to fill the volume of the new node. Use only oils that are suitable for use in an R-134a (carefully read the label on the container).

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The receiver-dryer serves as a battery coolant and also serves to remove moisture from the system. When replacing major components of the air conditioning system (the compressor, condenser, evaporator), as well as ingestion tract refrigerated air assembly of the battery / drier must be replaced.
2. Make the discharge air conditioning system in a specialist workshop. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.

If installed on the car stereo is equipped with a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch Cyclic clutch compressor in the upper part of the assembly of the receiver-dryer.

When you replace the receiver-dryer transfer the old sensor, switch on the new unit.

4. Disconnect the receiver from the refrigerated line, immediately plug the open ends of tubes and fittings in order to avoid hit in dirt system.

5. Loosen the pinch bolt and release the receiver-dryer assembly of the mounting bracket (support bracket).

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. When you replace the receiver-dryer assembly need about 2 ounces (60 ml), refrigerator oil, which should fill in the replaceable unit.
2. Place the assembly on the regular place and lightly tighten the pinch bolt fastening clamp assembly leaving some degree of freedom required when connecting hydraulic lines.
3. Connect the inlet and outlet assembly line refrigerator (before docking choke assemblies lubricate new O-rings clean refrigerant oil). After finishing the connection lines, tighten the pinch bolt mounting bracket.
4. Connect the negative cable to the battery.
5. Charge the system and checking for leaks in a specialized workshop.
