1. Raise the rear of the car and establish on supports. |
2. Remove the rear wheels. |
3. Disconnect the cable of a manual brake from the first bracket, and then from the lever support. |
| 4. Remove the caliper fingers. |
| 5. Remove the caliper body. |
6. After disassembling the caliper on the brake pedal is not pressed. |
7. Fix the caliper so that the hose is not tensioned. |
8. Note the orientation of the side and antinoise plates on stocks (antinoise pads are provided on the car and are located on the upper and lower ends of the pad). |
| 9. Remove the lining. |
| 10. Remove the pads. |
| 11. Remove the spring pins. |
12. Check the thickness of the friction linings. |
13. If the thickness is at least one less than normal lining or pads are very dirty, replace all the pads in the kit on the same axle. |
14. Find and eliminate the cause of contamination. |
15. Do not rearrange the blocks to compensate for wear. |
16. If the condition is satisfactory pad, then clean them by removing grime and large particles. |
17. Clean room for pads in the caliper. |
18. Before assembly, check the freedom of movement of fingers in the bracket and caliper as well as the integrity of the rubber covers. |
19. Check the seals of the piston, the piston corrosion and traces of leakage. |
| 20. If the pads will vary, the piston must sink into the cylinder, which piston pliers rotate clockwise while pushing in the cylinder. |
21. By moving the piston watch liquid level, excess liquid above the mark MAX on the tank must be removed, or a rubber bulb syringe. |
22. Lightly grease the plate pads, gaskets and spring clips antinoise special grease. |
23. Keep in mind that the new pads are supplied as replacement parts are grease-protection coating and they are not required. |
24. Set-protection bracket, pads and linings at the old place (brackets and plates are provided on a part of cars). |
25. Install the caliper body. Speaking at the rear of the pad should go into the recess of the piston. |
26. If necessary, tighten the piston. |
27. Coat the bottom of a support finger fixing structure, wrap your fingers and tighten with the set moment. |
28. Check the freedom of movement of the caliper on the fingers. |
29. Connect the cable of a manual brake in sequence of return to removal, install the cable bracket and spring clip (if provided). The protrusion on the bracket should go into a recess on the body support. |
30. Repeat the procedure for the other rear wheel brakes. |
31. Adjust the handbrake. |
32. Tap a few times on the brake pedal. |
33. Establish wheels, lower the car. |
34. Check the fluid level. |
35. Before leaving, check the brakes. |
