Refitting



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the wheel bolts, then lift the relevant part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Remove a corresponding wheel.
Forward support FN-3
3. Unscrew the two screws securing the caliper to the steering knuckle and use a soft wire, suspend the caliper to the body.
Forward support FS-III
4. Remove the front brake pads.
A support of the rear wheel
5. Remove the two bolts securing the caliper bracket to the rear beam.
6. Using a wire hook, fasten the support on the back of the car.
7. Brake Caliper should not hang on the brake hose. Brake hose should not stretch or be overwound.
8. Remove the screw that secures the brake disk.
9. Remove the brake disc.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the condition and measure the thickness of the brake disc.

A warning

If necessary, replace the brake disc must also be replaced and the second brake disk for maintenance of uniformity of braking. When replacing the brake discs and brake pads must be replaced.


2. Check and, if necessary, clean the mating surfaces of the brake disc and hub.
3. When installing a new brake disk remove from its surface a protective coating.
4. Install the brake disc on the hub, and secure it with the screw.
Forward support FS-III
5. Install the front brake pads.
Forward support FN-3
6. Install the caliper with the brake pads.
7. Secure the caliper bolts, having tightened their moment of 125 Nm.
A support of the rear wheel
8. Establish a support and fix its bolts, having tightened their moment of 65 Nm. Connect the cable of a manual brake.
9. Install the wheel, then lower the car and tighten the wheel bolts torque of 120 Nm.
11. Some times strongly press the brake pedal to the brake pads pressed against the brake disk.
12. Check brake fluid level in popolnitelnom tank and, if necessary, finish it to norm.
13. Adjust a cable of a manual brake.

Check safety controls

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check whether the brake hoses are tight.
2. Check whether the mounted brake hose in the holder.
3. Check whether the fittings are tight pumping.
4. Check whether the brake fluid level.
5. The scan will be performed with the engine running. For about 10 seconds, press the brake pedal with a force of 20-30 kg / m, with the pedal does not fall.
6. Check the tightness of all the compounds listed.
