PERFORMANCE ORDER

A warning

Be sure to make replacement of all pads on one axis of the car even if deterioration borders were reached one block. If Pads will be repeatedly established, before removal they are necessary for marking.


1. Clean the brake drum, brake pads and brake shield.

When the brake pads the brake dust which contains asbestos, unhealthy, so when cleaning the brake pads do not use compressed air and do not inhale the dust.


2. Remove the cuff with working brake cylinder and if it is wet, it must be repaired or replaced. When removing the cuffs do not remove the piston of the working brake cylinder.
3. Measure the inner diameter of the brake drum. If the wear of the drum reached the limit value, replace both rear brake drum.
4. Secure in the grip of the brake pad, set the tension spring (1) Expanding the bar (2) and front brake pads and put Expanding the bar to brake shoe (3 - Wedge, 3438 - the device for setting the pressure of the spring).
5. Install the brake pads with handbrake lever in Expanding the bar.
6. Install the upper return spring.
7. Install the spring tension of the wedge.
8. Connect the cable of a manual brake from the handbrake lever on the brake pads.
9. Install the upper part of the brake pads into the slots on the piston of the working brake cylinder.
10. Install the lower return spring on the brake pads, and then install the lower part of the pad on the support pad.
11. Install the retaining pins, compression springs and cups.
12. Click on the cup while holding the rear of the brake shield, retaining pins and turn the bowl 90 ?� to clear it locks.
13. Move the wedge up to create maximum clearance of brake pads.
14. Install the brake drum on the hub, and secure it with the screw.
15. Click once on the brake pedal to set the desired gap of brake pads.
16. Adjust a cable of a manual brake.
17. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
18. Repeat these steps on the second rear wheel.

Check safety controls

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check whether the brake hoses are tight.
2. Check whether the mounted brake hose in the holder.
3. Check whether the fittings are tight pumping.
4. Check whether the brake fluid level.
5. The scan will be performed with the engine running. For about 10 seconds, press the brake pedal with a force of 20-30 kg / m, with the pedal does not fall.
6. Check the tightness of all the compounds listed.
