Removing and installing crankshaft



NOTE
Before removing the crankshaft provide a proper place to store it, to avoid damaging the gear sensor. For assembly work the engine must be mounted on a retainer for the engine and gearbox VAS 6095.
When replacing the bearing shells only use inserts with the same color-coded.

Installing the gear engine speed sensor on the crankshaft
Before installing, check that the abutting surfaces of the crankshaft gear and the sensor are clean and free of grease. For additional fixation of grease on the surface of the landing gear crankshaft sensor with a thin layer of lacquer thread D 000 600 A2.

When installing pay attention to mark VR6 was at a separate threaded hole (Fig. 2.53).
Tighten new securing bolts first lightly by hand.
Tighten the mounting bolt 1 to 10 Nm + 1/4 turn (90 ?�).
Then tighten the fixing bolt 2 to 10 Nm + 1/4 turn (90 ?�).
