Filling washer fluid reservoir

Windscreen washer uses water from the tank, as shown in Figure 1.218. For filling it is necessary to use a washer fluid glass of good quality. A more frequent use of a washer is necessary to frequently verify the level of liquid in the tank. The capacity of the reservoir is 4.6 liters.

ATTENTION
Engine coolant can not be used in the washer because it can damage the paint of the car. Do not overload the washer tank, and do not use the washer when the fluid reservoir is not. This can lead to damage to the washer pump.

Check the fluid level in automatic transmission
The liquid level in an automatic transmission should be checked at intervals specified in the periodic maintenance in the service book.

NOTE
The fluid in an automatic transmission of red. During operation, the liquid vehicle will acquire a deep red color. This is normal and is not the cause for fluid replacement.

Recommended fluid for automatic transmission
Automatic Transmission Hyundai vehicle is designed to use liquid ATF SP-III, DIAMOND ATF SP-III or SK ATF SP-III.

Park the vehicle on level ground and apply the parking brake. The fluid in the automatic transmission should have a normal operating temperature and the engine must be idling while checking the fluid level in automatic transmission (Fig. 1.219).
When idling the engine, press the brake pedal and in turn move the selector from position "P" in each of the following provisions - ?�R?�, ?�N?�, ?�D?� - and then return it to position ?�N?� or ?�P?� . Leave the engine idling and follow the steps below.
Open the hood, acting cautiously to the hands, long hair, or clothing away from the rotating parts.
Remove the dipstick automatic transmission, wipe it dry, insert all the way and then pull it out. Check the oil level on the dipstick. He should be in the range of "HOT" ("Hot") on the dipstick.

ATF level should be in the range of "HOT" ("Hot") (Fig. 1.220).
If the fluid level is low, add fluid to the level of "MUSIC" ("Hot") on the dipstick through the hole for the probe, using a funnel. Do not put too much liquid.
