Replacing bulbs



Before replacing the lamp, make sure that the switch is in the ?�OFF?� (?�Off.").

ATTENTION
Keep the lamp of petroleum products (oil, gasoline, etc.).
After driving in the rain or after washing headlights tail lights to fog. This is due to the high humidity and temperature differences glass headlamps, taillights and ambient air. Condensation on the windows from the outside does not mean a malfunction exterior lighting, this is normal.

Headlights, blinkers and front parking lights
Allow the lamp to cool down. Wear safety glasses.
Open the hood.
Hold the lamp by its plastic base and do not touch the hands of the glass bulb.

Remove the protective cover (Fig. 1.234).

Unplug the power cord from the back side of the plastic base on the back of light (Fig. 1.235).

Turn the protective cover counter-clockwise and remove it (Fig. 1.236).

Disconnect the connector on the lamp cap (Fig. 1.237).

Click on a spring bulb to remove it (Fig. 1.238).
Remove the protective cap with a replaceable bulb and install a new bulb by aligning the plastic base lamps with opening lights. Fasten the spring bulbs, install a protective cover and connect the power cord.
When disposing of an old lamp, use the protective cap and the carton.
Check the adjustment of the light beam headlights.

To replace the lamps front indicators, tail lights, and pull out the lamp assembly with a cartridge and install a new lamp (Fig. 1.239).

Using a flat screwdriver to open the hatch on the side panel of the luggage compartment or on the back of the door (Fig. 1.241).

Tighten the screws on the rear combination lamp

Remove the screws that secure the rear combination lamp (Fig. 1.242).

Remove the rear combination lamp from the body and remove the lamp holder with a lamp assembly by turning it counterclockwise (Fig. 1.243).
Install the new lamp.

Phillips screwdriver Remove the retaining screws for rear fog light and remove it (Fig. 1.244).

Extract the lamp holder from the lamp unit

Remove the cartridge with a lamp from the lamp unit by turning it counterclockwise (Fig. 1.245).
Replace the bulb with new one.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws fixing the lens for license plate illumination.

Disconnect the cartridge by turning the cartridge counterclockwise, then remove the bulb from the socket by turning it clockwise (Fig. 1.246).
Install the new lamp.

Open the rear door.

Use a screwdriver to open the ceiling (Fig. 1.247).
Replace the lamp.

Press the lateral index of turns and slide it forward and out of the vehicle body (Fig. 1.248).
Disconnect the connector.
Replace the lamp.

Remove with a screwdriver diffuser courtesy light (Fig. 1.249).
Replace the lamp.

The glove compartment light
Open the glove box.
