Brake pedal



Brake pedal

1 - lock washer;
2 - a nut;
3 - a bolt;
4 - the plug;
5 - spacer;
6 - pin head and the cotter pin hole;
7 - a returnable spring;
8 - pin;
9 - rubber stop;
10 - brake pedal.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. In the passenger compartment, remove the cotter pin that secures the pin with a head and an aperture under the pin and remove the pin.
3. Unscrew the nut and remove the retainer.
4. Remove the spacer from the hinge pin.
5. Move the pin to the right and remove it.
6. Remove the brake pedal return spring and the spacers.
7. If necessary, remove the cover plate of the brake pedal and the rubber stop.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If necessary, install a rubber emphasis of the brake pedal, the brake pedal and the brake pedal bushing.
2. Install the spacer and the brake pedal pivot bolt.
3. Install the brake pedal return spring.
4. Install the clutch pedal.
5. Install the spacer clutch pedal.
6. Install the pivot bolt, washer and screw the nut.
7. Set the pin with a head and an aperture under the pin and new cotter pin.
8. Attach the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.
9. After installation, check and adjust the height of installation of a pedal and brake pedal free wheeling.
