Hydraulic control unit (HCU)

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Pull the release latch and disconnect the connector from the hydraulic control unit.

3. nakidnym wrench disconnect brake tubes. Collect leaking brake fluid.
Temporarily close the ends of the tubes with plastic plugs to eliminate the ingress of contaminants.

4. nakidnym wrench, remove the bolts and nuts of fastening of an arm hydraulic control unit and remove the bracket.

5. Temporarily close the holes in the plastic plugs to eliminate the ingress of contaminants.

6. Keep the hydraulic control unit in a protective container.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish an arm of the hydraulic control unit in the car and secure the bolts and nuts.

2. Reconnect the brake lines.

3. Connect to the hydraulic control unit.

4. Remove air from the hydraulic circuit brake system.
