Check and replacement of brake hoses



Check

Check the brake hoses for cracks and local swelling. If necessary, replace the brake hose.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Special key OK130 430 019 turn away a connecting nut of a brake tube from the hose.
2. Loosen the clamp and remove the brake hose from the bracket.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the brake hose in an arm and fix its clip.
2. Connect the brake hose to brake tube and special key OK130 430 019 tighten the coupling nut.

A warning

Make sure that the brake hose is not twisted.

Make sure that the brake hose does not touch other parts of the car when turning the steering wheel from lock to lock or rocking of the car body.

Torque: 1322 N ??? m


3. Repeatedly press the brake pedal and check for leaks from the brake hose and its connection to a brake tube.
4. Check the brake fluid level, which should be between labels MAX and MIN located on a wall of transparent popolnitelnogo tank.
5. Remove air from the hydraulic system of a drive of brakes.
