The pressure

1 - the brake pipe from the master cylinder;
2 - brake tube to the front right wheel cylinders;
3 - the brake pipe to the front left wheel cylinders;
4 - pressure limiter;
5 - brake tube to the rear left wheel cylinders;
6 - brake tube to the rear right wheel cylinders.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the brake pipe.
2. Remove the bolt.
3. Remove the pressure limiter.

Setting

Installing the pressure relief is carried out in reverse order of removal.

After installing the add brake fluid and bleed the hydraulic circuit brake system.

Check the pressure limiter

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect the device OKK30 140,001 with a brake tube, as shown.

Tightening torque device and connecting nuts: 12,8-21,5 N ??? m

2. Remove air from the hydraulic circuit brake system.
3. Press the brake pedal until the pressure in the front brake system is not equal to A and record the back pressure in the brake system A.
4. Press the brake pedal with an additional effort until the pressure in the brake system is not equal to B and record the pressure in the brake system B.

A warning

Do not attempt to adjust the pressure limiter.

After checking, remove the air from the hydraulic circuit brake system and check for leaks of brake fluid.

If the measured values do not match the required, change pressure limiter.
